How do I add or edit image tags?

Tags are a helpful way to search through your images.

 

 

Adding Tags

Whether you're uploading or copying images directly into your Media Library or while editing a page, you will always be prompted to add tags.

  1. Click into the text field under Keyword Tags in the pop-up window.
  2. Type your tag. 📌 Note: Your tags can be long. It's all searchable; no need to parse out each word.
  3. Press Enter to add the tag to the image.
  4. Repeat this for any other tags you want to add. Remove tags using the trash iconTash Icon.svg.
  5. Click Save when you're done.

 

 

Editing Tags While Editing a Page

  1. Open the Replace Photo pop-up (by clicking the Replace Photo button for a Primary Image or clicking into an Images element)

  2. Hover over the image you want to tag or edit under the Successfully Added Photo section .
  3. Click the pencil iconEdit Icon.svgthat appears in the top-left corner.
  4. Add or delete any tags from there.
  5. Click Save when you're done.

    📌Note: You can only edit the tags of photos you uploaded to your Media Library. You can't edit the tags of photos added by Safari Portal, like photos on pages from Safari Portal's Content Library.

 

 

Editing Tags While in Your Media Library

  1. On the left-hand side of Safari Portal, navigate to your Media Library.

  2. Hover over the image you want to tag or edit, then click the pencil iconEdit Icon.svgthat appears in the top-left corner.
  3. Add or delete any tags from there.
  4. Click Save when you're done.

    📌 Note: You can only edit the tags of photos you uploaded to your Media Library. You can't edit the tags of photos added by Safari Portal, like photos on pages from Safari Portal's Content Library.
