Files in Safari Portal can hold more than just uploaded documents—they can include rich details to help you stay organized and informed. From custom properties to custom tags, this guide will walk you through the types of information you can add to each File to enhance clarity and categorization, and, later, reporting.


File details you can include:

  • Source
  • Channel
  • Partner Agents
  • Tags
  • Trip Type
  • Travel Region
  • ABTA/ATOL
  • Sales Consultant
  • Travelers
  • Trip Leaders
  • Suppliers

Managing Information: How to Customize, Reorder, or Delete

You can customize details like Lead Sources and Trip Types to better capture the information that matters most to you.


Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Click the arrow next to the attribute. (e.g. Source, Trip Type).
  2. Click Manage List.
  3. Enter the updated name.
    1. You can also delete an option by clicking the trash icon, or
    2. Reorder fields by dragging and dropping them using the six-dot handle.
  4. Click Save.
