When this setting is enabled, Safari Portal will automatically create a new chat whenever a file is moved to Confirmed.

All travelers associated with the file will automatically be added to the chat. If a chat already exists for that file, a duplicate chat will not be created.

To enable or disable this feature, navigate to More Options > Message Settings and toggle on Automatically create chats for all newly confirmed files.

This setting is particularly useful if you:

• Want travelers to be able to communicate with each other during the planning process or while traveling;
• Want every confirmed trip to automatically have a dedicated communication channel; or
• Want travelers to be able to send private messages to the chat owner through the Travel Portal app (if private messaging is enabled).
  

By automatically creating chats for confirmed trips, you can ensure that every journey has a central place for communication between travelers and your team.
