Adding a List Card to a Travel Dashboard
List cards allow you to create a list of links to different itineraries, lookbooks, invoices, forms, content page, and/or URL's.
Use a List Card to gather several links in one place on your Travel Dashboard. Guests can click any item on the card to open it in a new tab. They're a great way of gathering different types of information into one card.

Step-By-Step Instructions
- In the section of your Travel Dashboard where you want to add the card, click the +Add button.
- Select List from the dropdown menu. This opens the Add List window.
- Under Card Design, enter a Card Title and set the Card Size to standard or wide, depending on how much space you want the card to take up.
- Under Add List Item, choose the tab for the type of item you want to add: Proposal (which opens a Lookbook or Itinerary in a new tab), Invoice, Form, Content Page, or Web URL.
- Fill out the fields for the tab you chose, then click the Add button to add the item to the Items Added field.
- Proposal: Select a File, then use the Select Proposal field to choose the Lookbook or Itinerary you want within that File. Enter a Proposal Name to label it.
- Invoice: Select a File, then use the Select Invoice field to choose the Invoice you want within that File. This field is empty if the File has no Invoice. Enter an Invoice Name to label it.
- Form: Select Form for any of your custom Forms, then enter a Form Name.
- Content Page: Select Content Page from your library or Safari Portal, then enter a Page Name.
- Web URL: Enter a Link URL to direct guests to, then a Link Name for the display text.
- Repeat for every item you want on the list.
- Click Add Card to save the List Card to your Travel Dashboard.

Tips & Tricks 💥
- Every item on a saved List Card opens in a new tab when a guest clicks it.
- If you don't have a Travel Dashboard yet, choose how you plan to use it when you create a Travel Dashboard, fill out the Dashboard Details, then click Add Section and choose List as the card type. The steps for adding items to the card are the same either way.
- To edit a List Card after it's saved, hover over the card and click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
- To reorder items on the list, edit the card, click and hold the six-dot icon to the left of an item, then drag it to a new spot.
- If a guest says a list item's link isn't working, check the Web URL field.
