What does "Allow travelers to send private messages to the chat owner from the app" do?
Allow travelers to send direct messages to the owner of a chat outside of the group conversation.

When enabled, travelers participating in a group chat can send private messages directly to the chat owner through the Travel Portal app.

These private messages are sent outside of the group chat and are visible only to the traveler and the chat owner.

This can be particularly useful when travelers need to ask a private question, share sensitive information, or discuss something that isn't relevant to the rest of the group.

To enable or disable this feature, navigate to More Options > Message Settings and toggle on Allow travelers to send private messages to the chat owner from the app.

Note: Travelers can only send private messages if a chat exists for a file, and this setting has been enabled by the chat owner.
