Activity Logs track when and where your Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals are being viewed.
Activity Logs track when and where your Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals are being viewed. To view an Activity Log, follow the steps below:
To View the Activity Log on a File
1. Click the three dots next to the File on your Dashboard.
2. Select Activity Log from the menu.
To View the Activity Log for a Specific Proposal or Guest Portal
1. Expand the relevant File
2. Click the three dots next to the proposal or Guest Portal
3. Select Activity Log from the menu.

- You can also choose to be notified when and where clients are viewing your proposals by updating your preferences in Account Settings.
