How do I change and rearrange columns on the 'All Payments' tab?
Customize, organize, and optimize your view.

On the All Payments tab in the Financials module, you can customize your view by changing and rearranging columns to better suit your workflow.



Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Navigate to the Financials Module.
  2. Select the All Payments tab.
  3. Choose More Options.
  4. From the dropdown, select Manage Columns.
  5. Toggle on a column name to display it on your Dashboard, or toggle it off to remove it.
  6. Use the six-dot handle to the left of the column name to drag and rearrange the column order.
  7. Click Save.

    ๐Ÿ“ŒNote: This will only affect the All Payments tab. We recommend a maximum of nine columns for the best experience.



List of Available Columns:

  • Created On
  • Due Date
  • Travel Dates
  • Paid On
  • Recipient
  • Type
  • Status
  • Tags
  • Description
  • Amount
