Miscellaneous pages are perfect for a variety of content that doesn’t fit into other categories. Here are some examples of how you might use a Miscellaneous page:
Examples
Your Company's Terms & Conditions
- Example name: Terms and Conditions
- Example tags: Your company name
If your clients need to sign a waiver, you can create a custom form. Then, simply embed the form within your Terms & Conditions page or a Next Steps page using the Forms Element. This streamlines the process and makes it easy for clients to access and sign. Here's a help article with more information.
Next Steps
You might create a page outlining the next steps, such as:
- To move forward with this Itinerary, please submit a non-refundable deposit of 25% to the following...
- To proceed, kindly complete this waiver.
Click here to view this page. You can also find it in your Content Library as a sample page.

Re-usable "Snippets"
These can be useful as building blocks within proposals.
For example, you could include snippets like:
- You will be greeted by a representative holding a sign with your name and transferred...
- Tonight, enjoy dinner at your leisure.
Additionally, you could create reusable snippets for topics such as Flights or Check-In Details, streamlining your proposals.
Use these as content blocks with the Block Element, or attach them to Events in Calendar Builder. There's no need to add a primary image on the left, as it won’t display when used as a block. Additionally, if included in Calendar Builder, only one image can be selected per day, and it’s best to reserve that for something more relevant than the block image.
Emergency Contacts
You can create Miscellaneous pages to store emergency contacts for your DMCs or suppliers, and then easily pull them into Guest Portals or Itineraries using the Block Element.

Other Inspiration
The possibilities are endless with Miscellaneous pages—you can use them for content like:
- Information about weather and clothing
- Conservation projects
- About traveling to the Galapagos (or any other region)
- Disclaimers
- Travel Checklist
- Language Tips
- Introduction to New York City (or any other region)
- Inclusion/exclusion templates
- Restaurant recommendations for a city
- Create individual restaurant profile pages (either as Activity or Miscellaneous pages) and tag them with Restaurant. Then, use the Block Element to build curated collections of restaurant recommendations.
- Details about "Emirates Business Class"
- Packing lists
- How to use the Travel Portal App
- and much more
Any content you might want to reuse in the future can be created as a Miscellaneous page and easily pulled into proposals as needed. We recommend creating these Content Pages as you go, allowing your Content Library to grow organically over time.
📌Note: We’ve prepopulated your Content Library with a variety of sample content, as described above. Feel free to explore and experiment by searching through it.
