How do I enable or disable email notifications for Itinerary and Lookbook views?
Stay informed whenever clients interact with proposals.
You can choose to enable or disable notifications for when your proposals are viewed, giving you more control over how and when you're alerted.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Click the profile icon in the top-right corner of Safari Portal.
- Select Settings from the dropdown.
- On the Personal Settings tab, scroll down to Notification Settings.
- Check or uncheck Client views an Itinerary to turn notifications on or off.
- Click Save to apply your changes.
- Notifications will be sent to the email address listed in your Personal Settings.

📌 Note: Email notifications can only be sent to a single email address. If multiple team members need to receive notifications, you can either update your login email to a shared inbox or set up automatic email forwarding from your current email address.
