How do I organize multiple proposals within one File?
Stay organized by grouping multiple proposals within a single File.

You can store multiple proposals for the same client within a single File, making it easy to keep track of everything you've shared with them.



Examples of When to Nest Multiple Proposals Within the Same File

  1. Multiple Revisions or Versions
    • Keep track of different iterations of the same proposal.
  2. Related Proposals
  3. Client Requests for Options
    • Manage multiple options provided for the same inquiry within one File.


How To Add New Proposals to Existing Files

  1. Create a new Itinerary or Lookbook.
  2. Navigate to the General Info tab.
  3. In the Internal Information section, select the File name from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Save.


The proposal will automatically be saved under the selected File.



Move an Existing Proposal to Another File

  1. Open the relevant File.
  2. Click Edit next to the proposal you want to move.
  3. Navigate to the General Info tab.
  4. Under Internal Information, select the desired File from the dropdown, or click +Create to create a new File.
  5. Click Save.


The proposal will automatically be saved under the selected File.
