What if I want to show the costs at the beginning of an Itinerary or customize the costs page?
If you prefer to display trip costs at the beginning of an Itinerary or customize the way you present your costs you can do this by creating your own Costs page in your Content Library and then pulling that page in from the General Info tab when you build an Itinerary.
📌 Note: you can also save this as an Itinerary template to reuse later. Check out this help article for more on how to do that.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to your Content Library
- Click the purple + Create New button
- Select Miscellaneous page from the dropdown
- Call the page Trip Costs (or whatever you want to call the page) and optionally add a tag for it to help you find it later

Now, to add that Costs page to your Itinerary:
- Navigate to the General Info tab
- Scroll down to the Include Information Pages section and search for the page you just created.

- On the Itinerary tab, navigate to the page you pulled in from the Table of Contents
- Edit the text from your template page to add in your costs here
- Or, if you prefer you can give a general cost overview here and leave the detailed inclusions and exclusions for the default Costs page at the end, or you might put it all here and hide the default Costs page at the end.
