Step-by-Step Instructions
Internal File Information
- Select an existing file for this proposal to be nested within
- Or type a new file name and press Enter to create a new one
- Optionally, add some Internal File Notes
- These help you recall the itinerary from your Dashboard. Add property names or areas to make it easy to search and find later.

About This Proposal
- create a short & snappy title for your proposal
- Optionally add the client names in the "Prepared For" field
- Optionally, add optional Proposed Travel Dates.
- Note: This information is all client-facing and will appear on the Cover Page of the proposal you are creating.

Information Pages from Content Library
- Optionally, pull in any information pages
- Pages must already have been created in your Content Library
- For example, include a custom Introductory Note page, an About Us page, a Terms & Conditions page, or others
- You cannot pull in Property or Area pages here as those should be added on the Details tab of the itinerary
- Pages can be pulled in at the very beginning of the itinerary (just after the Cover page), in the middle (after the overview page and the map but just before the day-by-day itinerary starts), or at the end of the itinerary
- You can add more than one page in any section and can drag and drop them into the order you'd like them to be displayed

White Labeling
- White Labeling is only relevant if you want to apply the logo and contacts for another company, ie, if this proposal is B2B. You can read more about white labeling here.
