The Media Library stores every photo and document you use across Safari Portal. Open it any time by clicking the stacked-files icon on the left-hand side of the platform, then choose the Photos tab or the Documents tab, depending on what you need.
Photos Tab
Holds every image available to you: Safari Portal's own stock photography (sourced from Unsplash, Getty, and Safari Portal's network of professional photographers) and anything you've uploaded yourself. Safari Portal media can only be used inside Safari Portal proposals, not on your website, in email marketing, or on social media. Photos you upload are only visible within your own account.
Tag every photo thoroughly and set a focal point when you upload it. Tagging drives the tab's search, and the focal point keeps the right part of the image in view no matter how it's cropped or resized.

Documents Tab
Stores every PDF you use across Safari Portal, whether you upload it directly or add it through a Content Page, Itinerary, Lookbook, Guest Portal, or Travel Dashboard. Documents don't have a focal point option, since there's no cropping to adjust on a PDF, but you can rename them and update their keyword tags. Their preview image is generated automatically.

Tips & Tricks 💥
- Search only looks within whichever tab you're currently viewing, so switch tabs first if you can't find something.
- Filters, by source or keyword, are only available on the Photos tab. You can still search the Documents tab, but there's no filter option there.
- Supplier photos attached to individual Property Pages aren't included in the Photos tab.
- Used to have a separate Document Library module? It's now the Documents tab here, and nothing was lost in the move. See Where can I find my Document Library now?
