How do I automatically apply my Task Set to new files?

Instead of remembering to apply your Task Set to each new client, trip, and file, you can have Safari Portal do it for you. 

1. Go to your Task Set by clicking More >> Manage Task Set.  
2. Set the toggle for Automatically add this Task Set to all my new files to "on." 

Boom! 💥 Now, every time you create a new file, tasks will automatically be created, and due dates will be assigned once the triggering events happen.

For example, let's say you have a task that is due one day after the file is confirmed. As soon as you move the file to confirmed, the due date will be added.

Until then, the tasks will live in the TBD section of your Task Manager in case you'd like to manually assign any due dates.
