About the Document Library
Learn how to store and access your documents

Any PDF documents you upload using the PDF Element within a Content Page, Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal will automatically be saved in your Document Library for future use. You can also upload documents directly to the Document Library at any time.



Ways to upload documents in Itineraries, Lookbooks, and Guest Portals:

  • Within a Content Page or proposal: Add an attachment using the PDF Element.
  • By reusing a Content Page: Upload one or more documents to a Content Page using the PDF Element, then reuse that page in multiple places—your documents will come along with it.
  • Within an Itinerary event: Attach documents (e.g., train tickets, flight tickets, vouchers) to an individual event from the More Details on the Day page, using the PDF element.
  • In the Travel Wallet of a Guest Portal: Add documents for your travelers to access directly.

📌 Note: If you want to reuse documents as attachments in the Travel Wallet section of any Guest Portal, you must first upload them to the Document Library. This is the only place in the platform where uploaded documents are not automatically saved for future use.
