Understanding the role and responsibilities of Partner Agents.

A Partner Agent refers to any company you collaborate with. It does not necessarily need to be an agent; it might be another company you work with.


If you have added a Partner Agent to your Contacts module and have the White-Labeling feature enabled, you can use that Partner Agent for White-Labeling purposes.
