You can create Content Pages in one of two ways: from your Content Library or within the flow of building an Itinerary, i.e., creating content on the fly.
Let's explore both.
Creating Content In Your Content Library
- To create a Content Page, navigate to your Content Library.
- Next, click the the purple Create New button.
- From the Create New Content modal, select the type of page you would like to create.

⚡️ For Property Pages, you can use the built-in AI assistant to automatically draft the page content.
Creating Content On The Fly
If you are in the middle of creating an Itinerary and realize that a property, area, activity, etc that you need for this itinerary isn't part of your Content Library yet, you can build the page right there and save it to your Content Library for future use at the same time.
📌 Note: This is possible from both Classic builder and Calendar builder.
Here's how:
When searching the Content Library for a page (by @mentioning in Classic or by searching the Content Library on the Add Event modal in Calendar), click + Create New.
If you prefer not to save the page to your Content Library and only need it for a one-time use within this itinerary, you can create a one-off placeholder event—no need to save it for future reuse. (Only in Calendar Builder.)
You can now build the page as normal. The only difference is that if it is a Property Page, you cannot add room descriptions when building content on the fly.
The content page will be saved to your Content Library and included in the itinerary you are working on.
Important notes about Content Pages
- Permissions required: Creating, editing, and deleting Content Pages is controlled by user permissions. If you don't see these options, please contact your account administrator to ensure you have the appropriate permissions.
- Shared across your team: All Content Pages in the Content Library are available to every member of your Safari Portal account, but they are not visible to anyone outside your organization.
- Sharing externally: Content Pages can only be accessed by people outside your account if you explicitly share them using a Share-to-Library Link. Learn more about Share-to-Library Links here.
