Using the Expanded Files View to Unlock Powerful Insights
The expanded view of Files allows you to track valuable insights across every File you create. This includes visibility into lead sources, trip types, travel regions, time to convert, conversion rates by different properties, and much more.
Here’s how to get the most out of it:
Step 1: Make Sure Your Dashboard Is Set Up Correctly
Before exporting data, it’s important that your Dashboard is in good health.
- Each File should represent a single inquiry, not multiple inquiries tied to one client.
- Be sure to enter as much information as possible for every File you create.
- Expand the File
- Click Open File Details
- Navigate to the Information tab on the right
- Complete all relevant fields (sales consultant, source, trip type, travel region, tags, etc.)
Step 2: Keep Files Moving Through the Pipeline
Accurate insights depend on accurate workflows.
- Move Files to Confirmed as soon as they are confirmed.
- Archive Files once you are no longer actively working on them.
- Make sure Files are consistently moved across the appropriate pipelines on your Dashboard.

Step 3: Export Your Data
- From the More Options dropdown, click Export Data.
- Check your inbox for an email with the subject line Export is ready.
- Download the spreadsheet from the email.
