About the Invoice Element

Embed invoices into an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal.

You can easily add invoices to any Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal, using the Invoice Element in the Element Library. Here's how:

Step-By-Step Instructions

Open the Itinerary in the builder.
Navigate to the Element Library.
1. Hover between sections on any page and you will see the blue line with a blue plus.
Select the Invoice Element.
From the dropdown, search for the relevant invoice.
1. Only invoices linked to the File you're working in will appear in your search results.

Once added, your clients will see an interactive invoice widget within the Itinerary, which they can use to make payments.
