Where do form response emails go?
Learn who receives form submissions and how they’re delivered.

Responses are delivered to the following recipients, depending on the method chosen:

  • If you assign a form to a specific File, form submissions are automatically emailed to the person who shared the form, the person who created the form, the File owner, and any sales consultants listed on the File.
  • If you collect submissions independently, the response goes to the agent who shared the form.
  • Lead form submissions are emailed to the person who shared the form and the form creator.

. When you share a form link:

  • Each submission automatically triggers an email notification.
  • The form responses will be included directly in the body of the email.
  • The email subject line will read: You have a new form submission from [Contact Name].


Tips & Tricks💥

  • Leads generated from form submissions are automatically assigned to the person who created the form.
    • From there, the form creator can delegate leads to others as needed.
  • You can duplicate a form, making yourself the form creator.
    • Add a tag for yourself or change the form name to include your name so you can easily see whose form belongs to whom.
  • The form creator can set up internal email routing rules if they want responses to go to a different inbox or team member.
  • Each team member can create their own lead form. This allows them to:
    • Embed the form under their individual bio or profile.
    • Collect leads directly tied to their name.
    • Use this alongside a generic lead form for the team.
