How can I add a call-to-action (CTA) button to my proposals?
Let your clients take action faster with a floating call-to-action (CTA) button.

You can use the Make Bookable button to make a trip bookable, which allows clients to choose their own packages and options, reserve their spots, and securely check out. Alternatively, as outlined in this article, you can simply add a call-to-action (CTA) button to link to a form, external page, phone number, or email from any Itinerary or Lookbook.

What You Can Customize

The button is highly customizable. You can change any of the following:

  • Button text (e.g. "Inquire Now", “Schedule a Call,” “I’m Interested”)
  • Button color and text color
  • Link action - linking to a form, opening a webpage in a new tab, starting a phone call, or opening a new email.

How to Add a Call-to-Action (CTA) Button

  1. Open the proposal and go to the Itinerary or Lookbook tab.
  2. Click Make Bookable button. You'll find this in the top-left corner of the screen.
  3. Choose the Add External Link Or Contact Info option.
  4. Click Continue.
  5. Toggle on Show Button (by default this will be off).
  6. Add your button's text.
    1. There's no character limit, but we recommend keeping it under 20 characters for best visibility.
  7. Use the colored squares to select your button color and text color.
    1. We recommend matching the button to your brand colors.
    2. We've included a palette of suggested colors to make setup simple. You can also use the color picker, adjust transparency, or paste in your own HEX code.
  8. Select what you'd like the button to do.
    1. Web URL opens a link in a new tab.
      1. If you have the Invoicing & Financials module enabled, link the trip’s invoice here so clients can pay or review easily. You can create a new invoice from the popup or grab the link from your Financials Dashboard.
    2. Email opens a blank email draft addressed to you.
    3. Phone populates your number so the client can call you directly.
  9. Click Save.
    1. Your button will appear immediately in your proposal.
