Automated Flight Search Availability

The automated flight search feature is not available directly from the Details tab of the Classic Builder at the itinerary level. However, once the trip is confirmed, you can use the automated flight search in the Guest Portal, where it generates a comprehensive table with all flight information.

Adding Flights to an Itinerary (Classic Builder)

To include flight details in a Classic Builder itinerary:

1. Navigate to the Details tab.
2. Locate the Flights, Transfers, and Daily Activities column.
3. Manually type in the flight information.
   

Adding Flights to the Guest Portal (Classic Builder)

To add flights to the Guest Portal when using the Classic Builder:

1. Edit the Guest Portal and then navigate to the Flights tab.
2. Click into the flight field and select Flight.
3. Choose one of the following methods:
4. • Use the Automated Flight Search:
   • • Search by route or by airline and flight number.
       
       

1. • Click Add Flight Manually to manually enter the flight details.
