How can I translate Content Pages?
Step-by-step guide to translating your Content Pages into another language.

If most of your clients don’t speak English and you’re fluent in their language, it's a good idea to have the content in your library in that language.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. From your Content Library, search for the page you would like to recreate in another language. For this example, we'll use The Emakoko Property Page.

2. Click the Share button to copy the link to that page.

3. Paste the URL into a different window. Then click the gray translation widget on the left side and select the language you want to translate it to.

Note: You’ll need to have the translation add-on enabled on your account to use the translation widget.

4. Navigate back to your Safari Portal window and click Duplicate from the three-dot menu next to the Property Page you want to translate.

5. On the Duplicate Page window, add a tag for the language that you will be using.

6. Under the Master Property Page section, simply type in the name of the original Property Page to tell the system that it’s the same property, just another version of it. Then click Save.

7. If you're working on a Property Page, click the Rooms tab, then select Edit to update the description for each room type. You can now copy the translated text from the other window and make any necessary changes.

8. Continue copying and pasting each section of the page on the Page tab, making edits as needed.

9. Click Save.
