This Help Center

This Help Center has been designed to walk through everything there is to know about the platform. We recommend starting with this Getting Started section and then strategically moving through each of the other sections, in order, from the side navigation.

You will find tons of interactive tutorials and step-by-step help articles on every topic imaginable.

In-App Guidance

Help Widgets

If you've already logged into Safari Portal, you may have noticed the "Need Help?" widget in the bottom corner of your screen. This widget provides quick access to contextual help tailored to the page you're currently viewing.

In addition to helpful tips, the widget includes notifications for product updates and announcements.

You can also search the Help Center directly from the widget for answers to your questions, making it a convenient tool for on-the-go assistance.

The Safari Portal Academy

This free, self-paced online training course guides you through every aspect of the platform. It takes about an hour to complete and features short, bite-sized video tutorials that you can pause, resume, and revisit anytime.

Please note that the Safari Portal Academy uses a different set of login credentials to the Safari Portal platform - so your login details for one won't work for the other.
