Adding an Invoice Card to a Travel Dashboard
Attach an existing Invoice to a Travel Dashboard card for guests to view and pay.

An Invoice Card embeds a specific Invoice directly into a Travel Dashboard, so guests can see what's been paid, what's due, and even pay directly from there.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. In the section of your Travel Dashboard where you want to add the card, click the +Add button.
  2. Select Invoice from the dropdown menu. This opens the Add Invoice window.
  3. Under Card Design, enter a Card Title. It defaults to "Invoice," but you can rename it.
  4. Under General Information, use the Select File field to choose the File the invoice belongs to, then use the Select Invoice field to choose the invoice you want to display.
    1. Select Invoice dropdown only lists invoices that already exist in the chosen File. If it's empty, create an invoice in that File first, then reopen this window.
  5. Click Add Card to save the Invoice Card to your Travel Dashboard.

Tips & Tricks 💥

  • Once saved, the card shows the Due Amount, Paid Amount, and Next Payment Due, along with an Open Invoice button. Guests click Open Invoice to view the full invoice in a new tab.
  • To edit an Invoice Card after it's saved, hover over the card and click the pencil icon in the top right corner.
