How do I manage custom fields on contact profiles?
Create, edit, organize, and manage custom fields to keep your contact profiles accurate and up to date.

You can customize certain fields on Contact Profiles to better reflect your clientsโ€™ preferences, including:

  • Travel Wishlist
  • Activity level
  • Airline seat preference


Step 1: Manage Your Field Options

  1. Navigate to any Contact Profile
  2. Go to the Preferences tab
  3. Click the dropdown on one of the customizable fields (e.g. Travel Preferences)
  4. Select Manage List
  5. Add or edit your custom options
    1. Click + Add New to add a new field
    2. Click the trash can icon to delete a field
    3. Use the six dot handle to move fields
    4. Click into a field to change the name



Step 2: Use These Fields In Your Forms

  • In your form, add the Preferences group



Step 3: Automatic Syncing

  • When a client completes the form, their responses will automatically update the corresponding fields on their Contact Profile.
