A Travel Brief Card pulls events from a Calendar Builder Itinerary and displays them on your Travel Dashboard. Choose whether to show the entire travel brief or just one type of event, such as flights, transportation, or accommodation.
📌 Note: Travel Brief Cards work with Calendar Builder Itineraries. They aren't currently available for Classic Builder Itineraries.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Open your Travel Dashboard.
- Navigate to the section where you want to add the card. If the section is empty, select Travel Brief from the available card types. If the section already has cards, click the + Add button and select Travel Brief from the dropdown.
- Choose the Calendar Builder Itinerary you want to pull events from.
- Select what to display. Check Entire Travel Brief to show every event, or check individual types, such as Flights, Transportation, or Accommodation, to show only those.
- Click Save Card.
Tips & Tricks 💥
- The Travel Brief Card was previously called the Flights Card. It now covers flights, transportation, and accommodation, not just flights.
- Add more than one Travel Brief Card to the same section to build a trip-in-brief overview. For example, add one card set to Entire Travel Brief, then separate cards set to just Flights, just Accommodation, and just Transportation.
