Travel Dashboards pull flight information directly from an Itinerary. This works seamlessly with Calendar Builder Itineraries because flights can be added at the Itinerary level.
Classic Builder Itineraries work a little differently. While Classic Builder Guest Portals included a dedicated Flights tab where you could manually add flights, Travel Dashboards do not have a separate Flights tab. Instead, flights must come from an Itinerary.
Here's how to show a list of Flights in Travel Dashboards for Classic Builder Itineraries:
Step 1: Create a Flights Itinerary Template
- Navigate to the Templates module.
- Create a new Calendar Builder Itinerary Template.
- Set the proposal title to Flights (or a similar name).
- Leave the Details tab blank.
- Leave the Costs tab blank.
- Save the Itinerary as a template.
- Create a new Calendar Builder Itinerary in the same File as the Classic Builder Itinerary.
Step 2: Create a Flights-Only Itinerary
- Create a new Itinerary using your Your Flights template.
- Add the Itinerary to the same File that contains your Classic Builder Itinerary.
- Add only the flight information to this Itinerary.

Step 3: Add the Flights Card to Your Travel Dashboard
- Open your Travel Dashboard.
- Add a Flights Card.
- When prompted, select the flights-only Itinerary you created in Step 2.
- The Flights Card will automatically pull the flight information from that Itinerary and display it on the dashboard.

Your clients will now be able to view their flight information directly within the Travel Dashboard.
If you need to make changes later, you can easily edit the flights-only Itinerary from within the Travel Dashboard and the Flights Card will automatically reflect those updates.
