What instructions should I give my clients on how to download the Travel Portal app?
Use Safari Portal's pre-made content page, interactive guide, or templated emails.

Your clients can easily download the Travel Portal app from their device's app store, just like any other app. Read on to find easy-to-follow, pre-written instructions to share with your clients about downloading and using the Travel Portal app.

Add Instructions to Their Proposal (Best Option)

The most convenient way to share app instructions is by including them as a dedicated page in your client’s proposal. A ready-to-use page, titled Using The Travel Portal App, is already available in your Content Library and can be easily added to your proposals. You can preview the page here.

We recommend placing this page:

  • At the beginning of the Itinerary or Lookbook if you want to encourage app use during the planning phase.
  • As a page within a Guest Portal if you prefer to introduce the app after trip confirmation.

This approach keeps everything organized in one place for your clients, eliminating the need to search through emails for instructions.

Share the Link to the Instructions Page

You can share a link to the Travel Portal instructions page in your Content Library. It will be shared as a standalone webpage.

Step-By-Step Instructions

  1. Open your Content Library.
  2. Search for Travel Portal.
  3. Copy the shareable link using the three dots to the right of the page.
  4. Share the link with your clients.
    1. You can also access the page here.
