If you no longer need an email template saved in your Task Manager, follow the steps below to delete it. Please note, once deleted, email templates are gone forever.

Step-By-Step Instructions

1. Click Edit next to an existing email task.
2. 1. Or select Email as the task type when creating a new task.
3. Click the Select Template dropdown.
4. Hover over the template you want to delete.
5. 1. A trash can icon 🗑️ will appear.
6. Click the trash can icon.
7. In the confirmation pop-up, click Yes, I'm Sure to permanently delete the template.
   
   📌 Note: Files using the template before it was deleted will not be impacted.
