Steps to sync an Itinerary from your dashboard to the Travel Portal app.
The Travel Portal app is designed for travelers, but that doesn’t mean you can’t use it to quickly access trips you’ve planned for your clients as well. Just keep in mind—you can always log into your Safari Portal Dashboard from your phone by visiting account.safariportal.app in your mobile browser for full access to your backend tools.
If you’d still prefer to use the app, you can share individual Itineraries with yourself (just like you would with a client) to have them show up in your Travel Portal app.
Step-By-Step Instructions
- Navigate to the relevant Itinerary.
- Click the Share button.
- Go to the Share via Email tab.
- Select your name from the dropdown menu.
- Or click +Create if you haven't added yourself as a contact yet.
- Use the email address used to log into your Safari Portal agent Dashboard.
- Click the Share button.
This will automatically add the Itinerary to your app dashboard, as long as you have already downloaded the app.
