This article is specifically meant for the Account Admin. Note that sub-users within any Account will not have access to the Users tab or the Subscriptions tab.
Account Settings tab
Personal settings - Enter your name here. This is also where you can later Change your password if you need to. We recommend you use safe, randomly generated passwords NOT something like password123.
*Note this is the name that will appear when sharing Itineraries and Guest Portals through the system.
Company Settings - Enter your Company name and address here.
Communications Preferences - Enter your preferred communication channels that you would like to clients to communicate with you. These will appear on the proposals you share with your guests.
Notifications Settings - Opt in to receive email notifications when clients are viewing their proposals.
API Settings - This is only relevant for users using a third party software like Tourplan or similar. to create quotations that they want to send into Safari Portal. For more information please email firstname.lastname@example.org.
Branding Settings tab
Branding Settings - Here you can click under the logo section to upload a new logo to appear on your proposals. This logo must be in PNG, JPG, or SVG format and less than 1200px x 1200px and under 5 MB.
The Primary Brand color will set some subtle accents throughout the proposals, like the little tick mark next to dates and on the PDF versions the line on the cover page. You can use your own brand color here.
Persona Bank - If you have White Labeling enabled on your account, here is where you can update and manage personas for other Agents or Advisors you work with. Personas consist of the logo and contacts for other Agents or Advisors that you would like to easily apply to proposals.
Customized Link Sharing - With a Tier II plan, you can sync your existing company domain (ie, www.your-company-com) to Safari Portal so that when you share your itineraries you can customize the link to say, for example, www.your-company.com/rachels-itinerary. Click here for step-by-step instructions on how to configure this.

Account Users - If your plan is set up to allow for additional users within your account, you can invite them here. First, type in the email address you would like to add to Safari Portal.
Then decide whether you would like that user to be able to see all the itineraries on the dashboard (even other consultants' files) by clicking the checkbox for Can view all files on the Itinerary Dashboard. Then click the Send invite button.
You can also Edit the permissions of any user by clicking the Edit button next to the name.
Transfer Account Administrator
You can use this button to change the Account Admin on the account. The Account Admin is the only one who can add or manage Users, and manage the Subscriptions tab.
This is where you can update your billing information or plan details. For any custom plans, please email email@example.com.
At the bottom of this page, you can view and download all past Invoices under Billing History.
