If you are acting as a DMC for another agent and white labeling an itinerary for them, you can still use Guest Portals to help collect, organize, and manage guest information easily, safely, and efficiently!
1. The best way to do this is to first White Label the itinerary.
2. Next, when you are ready to share your Guest Portal, click Share and then Share with Agent.
3. Input the agent's name and email and enter a custom message if you want, and press Send.
4. Ask the agent to share the guest portal with the guests by clicking the + person icon in the top left of the Guest Portal.
The agent will also be able to add flights and complete the guest forms on behalf of his or her client if s/he prefers.
The guest will receive an invite to the guest portal from the agent.
