- Select Move to Confirmed.
- Select the checkmark next to the itinerary you want to confirm.
- Click the Move to Confirmed button.
- Select the number of guests for the trip. This will auto-populate the guests and nights for each hotel in the itinerary. You can click click Preview trip to preview the final itinerary.
- Once you've reviewed this information, click Move to Confirmed. Your trip will now be located under the Confirmed tab on your Dashboard

If you are a DMC or working with another agent on this proposal (B2B), make sure Agent(s) from Another Company is selected in the pop-up share window.
You can also ask the agent to share the proposal directly with the guest. Once they're logged in, have the agent click the ➕ icon in the top right of the portal. The invitation the guest receives will come from the other agent.
