This article is intended to help those users who have added white labeling to their subscription plan. If it has not been added it to your subscription and you are interested in using this feature, please contact us at support@safariportal.app.
This article will teach you how to successfully white label an itinerary. This will allow you to add the logo and contacts for other agents or companies right from the General Info tab on an itinerary or lookbook with the flip of a switch.
Step 1: From your Itineraries dashboard, find the itinerary you want to white label and click Edit.


Step 2: Next, head to the General Info tab.

Step 3: Scroll down to the bottom of the form and find the White Label Branding section.
Step 10: Next, click on the gray switch to toggle on white labeling.

Step 4: Now that you've successfully turned on white labeling, click into the Persona Bank field and search for the persona you want to apply to this itinerary, or click Create New Persona to create a new one. You will be prompted to add the following:

Now head back to the Itinerary tab and viola, your itinerary has been white labeled. 🪄
📌 Pro Tip: To update or edit any existing personas, head to your Account Settings by clicking the triangle next to your name in the top right of the screen. Navigate to the Branding tab and then scroll down to the Persona Bank section to edit any already existing personas.
