Guest Portals are one of our most popular features that will help manage your clients trip from the start right to the finish.
Basically, once your guest confirms you can now build out their whole pre-departure materials just as quickly as you build the itineraries themselves.
The client can then toggle between their detailed itinerary and their “guest portal” where they can complete their guest forms (h&d, flights, travel insurance, emergency contacts, etc), upload their passports, and view their Safari Manifest (and sync it to their calendars), emergency contacts, and any pre travel advice.
Once they have entered completed their guest forms, you will be able to share guest info with suppliers or DMCs with one click and that will generate an encrypted message instantly.
Both agent and guest can generate a print friendly version to carry with them with all their travel materials and the entire Guest Portal together with the Detailed Itinerary will all cache for offline access.
Everything is super mobile friendly - again, both for agents to create and modify any content on the go, and also for guests viewing itineraries and guest portals from their mobile devices - using same user experience currently available on Safari Portal itineraries.
