How can I present transfers on my itinerary using the Classic Builder?

We've got you covered, as there are a number of different ways to display transfer details.

Here are a few options to consider:

Option 1:

The first option, which we recommend, is to utilize the dedicated 'Transfers, Flights, and Daily Activities' section located in the Details tab of the itinerary creation flow.

When you get to the Itinerary tab of creation flow, you’ll notice the Transfers information entered in the Details tab will be displayed on the 'Overview' page.

Option 2:

You can also use this section to display 'Transfers' as it's own line item separate to the accommodation by choosing to display it as an 'Activity'

Option 3:

Another option is to create and pull in a designated Transfers content page into your itinerary.

To do so:

Head to your Content Library and create a new Content Page.
From the Select Page Type dropdown menu, choose 'Note About Your Safari.' Enter generic dummy Transfer details and save page.
Navigate back to the Itinerary Dashboard (create new or edit an existing proposal).
In the General Info tab of the itinerary creation flow, search for & select the Transfers page you just created from the 'Note About Safari' dropdown menu.
