What's the Difference between Internal Itinerary Notes and Internal File Notes?
On Safari Portal, a file can contain multiple proposals; even though you may draft or send multiple itineraries or lookbooks, they're all related to the same trip.
Internal Itinerary Notes
Notes about individual itineraries or lookbooks are best placed in Internal Itinerary Notes.
What is included in that specific itinerary or lookbook, who's receiving the proposal, and the stage or version of the proposal are things you could include here.Â
Internal File Notes
Notes about the entire file are best placed in Internal File Notes.Â
Who referred you to the file, the trip budget, the number of children traveling and their ages, and the travel window are all appropriate to add here.Â
Nice job keeping organized! 👌Â
