Duplicating itineraries and Lookbooks is a huge time-saver.
You can duplicate an itinerary or lookbook to keep a record of what was previously sent and tweak a new version for the same client.
Or you can duplicate an itinerary or lookbook to use as a starting off point for a proposal for another client.
Let us show you how:
1. From your Itineraries dashboard, click the three dots next to the itinerary or lookbook you want to duplicate and click Duplicate fro the dropdown.
2. This will take you into the General Info tab of the duplicated itinerary and will automatically add the word COPY to the Internal Itinerary Notes.
*We recommend you update the Internal Itinerary Notes to reflect whatever the new changes are going to be to this itinerary so that you can identify easily later from your Itineraries dashboard, as well as when email notifications are enabled for when your itineraries and lookbooks are viewed.
3. By default the system will organize the duplicated itinerary within the same file as the original. However you can change where it lives by clicking into the Internal File Name field and deleting the existing file name. Now you can either re-assign it to a different file or create a brand new file for it by selecting Create New File and typing in the name of the new file you want to create.
Have fun creating beautiful proposals! 🎉
