Before you begin
⚠️ Only your account administrator can update billing information for your Safari Portal subscription.
Share this help article with your account administrator to update your credit card on file. If you're unsure who your administrator is, contact support@safariportal.app for assistance. We're here to help!
Adding or changing your billing info
- Go to your account settings by clicking your profile icon in the top-right corner and selectingSettings from the dropdown menu.
- Go to the Subscription tab.
- Under the Billing Information header, update your details:
- To add a new card, if you have not done so already, click Add New Card, enter your billing details, then click Save.
- To update an existing card, click Update, make your changes, then click Save.
