Introduction
Simply put, tags are labels you can assign to your contacts. They help categorize and organize clients based on specific attributes, preferences, or statuses, making it easier to filter and locate specific groups.
Tags are displayed on the Contacts home to the right of every entry.
You can add as many tags as you'd like to a contact. In the tags column, hover over the number to see all tags assigned to that contact.

How to add tags to a contact
⚠️ Remember, the contact must already exist before you can add tags to it.
- From the Contacts home, click Profile.
- In the top left of the contact's profile page, click Edit Tags.
- Type the tags you'd like into the text box. If the tag you want already exists, select it from the dropdown. To create a new tag, type its name, then click Create.
- Click Save when you're finished.
