How do I download a guest's passport information?

Let's get this PDF on your desktop so you're done troubleshooting, and your guests can pack for their flight!🧳

You have three method choices: from inside the guest portal, via email, or from your dashboard. 

Method 1: From the Guest Portal

1. Enter the Guest Portal from which you would like to download the passports.
2. Navigate to the Guest Portal tab.
3. Scroll down to the Travel Wallet.
4. Check the passports you want to download.
5. Click the blue Download button in the top right. 
   

Method 2: Via Email

1. While on your Safari Portal Dashboard, find the file from which you want to download the passports.
2. Click the Send Guest Info button.
3. In the pop-up, input your email address in the Email field. Then check Passports & Travel Insurance & Misc. 
4. Click the Send button. Your guests' passports will be emailed to you! 🦾
   

Method 3: From Your Dashboard

1. While on your Safari Portal Dashboard, find the file from which you want to download the passports.
2. Click the down arrow ⮟ on the left of the file name to expand it. Then click the Guest Information Tab. 
   
3. On the far right, click the View button in the row of the person whose passport you want to download.
4. Click the download icon next to the passport you'd like to download.
   
   Or tick the Select All checkbox to download all passports, or the checkbox next to individual passports you'd like to download, then click the Download button.
