How do I manually apply a Task Set to a file?

There are two ways to go about manually applying a Task Set to a file – from your Task Manager dashboard or from the manage Task Set menu.

From the Task Manager dashboard

1. Go to Create New → Add Task Set to File. 
2. From the dropdown, select the file for which you want to generate tasks by scrolling or typing its name.
3. Click Confirm to generate tasks for that trip.
   
   
   

From the Manage Task Set menu

• From the Task Manager homepage:
  • Click Create New → Add Task Set to File. 
  • Select the Task Set you'd like, and the file you want to apply it to. 
  • Click Confirm to generate tasks for that file

    

• From the Manage Task Set page:
  1. Click More → Add Set to a File for the Task Set you want to use.
  2. From the dropdown, select the file by scrolling or typing its name. 
  3. Click Confirm to generate tasks for that file.
