No – changes to your Task Sets only apply to trips created after those changes are made. Tasks already generated for trips have to be manually changed.

Example
In her Task Set, Jane has the task Pay suppliers final payments due 30 days before the start of any trip. But she's decided she wants to pay suppliers 60 days before a trip starts.
Jane changes the due date to 60 days before the start of any trip in her Task Set. Next week, when a new client confirms their trip to Hawaii, she will see that the Pay suppliers final payments for that trip will be for 60 days before they leave.
However, a trip confirmed a few weeks ago to Kenya is still set for 30 days. Jane will have to manually change the individual Pay suppliers final payments task for that Kenya trip to reflect her new policy.
