If your guests use the Travel Portal app, they'll always have access to their itineraries and lookbooks, even without an internet connection! 📲

Making an itinerary available offline
On the Travel Portal app dashboard, guests can tap Make available offline to download an itinerary, lookbook, or guest portal to their phone. This includes all images and documents, allowing offline access anytime.
Updating offline content
If an agent makes edits to an itinerary, guests will be notified in two ways: with an Update offline version button with a download icon on their dashboard and with a pop-up while navigating the app. The guest can tap either to update their offline version of the itinerary to its latest version.Â

Without updating, guests will only see the version they last made available online of the itinerary.Â
