The Travel Portal app allows your guests to have access to the itinerary details and information for all the trips you planned for them, from a mobile app available on phones (not tablets), via the Google Play and App Store.
The easiest way to communicate to your guests to use the app is to ask them to download the Travel Portal app from the Google Play or App Store using the same email address you use to communicate with them.
Then simply share an Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal with them using the Share via Email option. As long as they have registered for the app using the same email address you input into the Share via Email option in your Safari Portal dashboard, that Itinerary, Lookbook, or Guest Portal will automatically appear in their App dashboard.
Because you can only share Guest Portals by inviting them via email (so they can authenticate), their Guest Portals will always automatically be found on their App dashboard.
If you prefer to share a link with them, they will need to following these steps (these instructions are also found in the app, per screenshots below):
1. Download the Travel Portal app from the App Store or Google Play and register
2. Click the link you share with them from their phone
3. Click the the mobile phone icon in the top right
4. Click the button that says "Already have the app? Click here"
