Safari Portal's Travel Portal app is your clients' gateway to having their itineraries and all necessary trip information right at their fingertips.
📌 Please note: The app is available for both iOS and Android devices
The easiest way to install the app is:

When a Lookbook, Itinerary, or Guest Portal link is viewed on a mobile device, a pop-up will appear and ask if you would like to view the trip in the Travel Portal app

If you do not have the app downloaded, click "Download on the App Store" if you're using an iOS device (iPhone or iPad) or "Download on the Play Store" if you're using an Android device.
📌 Note: If you do already have the app downloaded, click the blue button which says "Already have the app? Click here." -
Once in the App Store or Play Store, tap the "Install" button (iOS) or "Download" button (Android) to download the Travel Portal app.
- Once downloaded, open the app. Make sure to click "Allow Paste from Browser" as this will allow the app to sync with the itinerary link you previously opened.

Once you've read through all of the "Get Started" screens, enter your email. Then click Continue at the bottom of the screen.
📌 Note: If you already have a Safari Portal account or dashboard, enter the email and password that you normally use to login. - If you do not have an existing account, set up your profile by entering your name, surname and create a password. Make sure to review and agree to the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
- Once you complete the sign up, you will reach your Travel Portal dashboard and be able to see the shared itinerary.
📌 Note: If you did not click "Allow Paste from Browser" you will not see your trip here. You would need to go back and click your trip link, but this time when the pop-up shows, click "Already have the app? Click here" and you will then see the trip in your dashboard. -
And that's it! You can start using the Travel Portal app to get excited for your trip.
