Yes! It's really easy to change the person in charge of your company's account. The person in charge of any account is called the Account Administrator in Safari Portal. The Account Administrator can do the following:
Manage billing and subscriptions
Add additional users
- See all itineraries that all users on the account are working on
To change the Account Administrator:
First, click on the little triangle next to your name in the top right of your screen. Then click Settings.
In Account Settings, navigate to the Users tab and find the "Transfer Account Administrator" button.
- Select the new account admin from the dropdown. (The dropdown displays all of the users in your account.)
Once you've selected a new primary contact, type TRANSFER and click the Confirm button.
Nice work! You've successfully changed the person in charge of your account.
