Video elements are a fun way to add movement and complexity to your content pages. To add a new video block:

First, hover under the first text block on right side of the content page. This will display the blue 'Add New Element' line.

Next, click on the blue line to add a new element.

From the 'Add New Element' library, select the 'Video' element.

Next, input your video url link into the field and press 'Enter'.

Finally, to change or update the video link simply hover over the newly added video element and click on the 'Video' button.
