The Guest Forms that are available as part of Safari Portal's Guest Portals provide a convenient and efficient way to collect your guests' pre-travel information, including passports, contact details, health and dietary, special occasions, flight information, travel insurance, and emergency contacts.
From here, it is possible to share any necessary information with DMC's, suppliers, and ground partners with one click of a button! Nifty, right? 💡
In order to unlock the ability to use Guest Forms, the account admin needs to first add and submit your company Privacy Policy located within the Account Settings tab.
Safari Portal has provided a sample Privacy Policy template there as a courtesy. It should be reviewed and approved by your own legal counsel, or replaced by your own privacy policy.
Safari Portal is not liable for your use of this template or any of your other policies.
Once your Privacy Policy has been inputted, simply click the Publish button and the Guest Forms will be unlocked!
📌 Note: The rest of the Guest Portal (except Guest Forms) is accessible without adding your Privacy Policy.
